Garn Tuntasatityanond is a Thai lawyer and Thai Barrister-at-Law, and the head of Siam Center Law Group. His practice focuses on advising and litigating in criminal matters, family matters, and contract disputes, and he works with clients in both Thai and English. Supak Rattanachan

Senior Attorney | Siam Center Law Group

Supak Rattanachan holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Ramkhamhaeng University and is licensed to practise law by the Lawyers Council of Thailand under Royal Patronage (Lawyer’s Licence No. 4075/2561) and has been licensed since 2018.

His legal practice covers advising clients, analysing facts and legal issues, preparing documents and evidence, and planning and carrying out legal action on clients’ behalf. He approaches each matter systematically and assesses legal risk with care.

Earlier in his career he served as a volunteer lawyer at the Taling Chan Criminal Court, an important experience in providing legal help and advice to members of the public and in working within court proceedings.

He has also been trained as, and served as, a Legal Advisor to the Juvenile and Family Court. In that role he gives legal advice and guidance, helps protect the rights and interests of children, young people and families, and takes part in Juvenile and Family Court proceedings in line with the rules set by law.

He is currently a registered Legal Advisor (Registration No. 632001026), advising on and analysing legal problems to assess the law, the risks, and the course of action that best fits the facts and the client’s needs.

He also serves as Vice Chair of the Community Dispute Mediation Center, Bang Chak Subdistrict (03), Phra Khanong District, Bangkok (Registration No. 090503), where he supports the mediation process, analyses the issues in dispute, and helps the parties find a fair and appropriate way to resolve them.

Chettaphat Sayananon

Chettaphat Sayananon holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Ramkhamhaeng University and is licensed to practise law by the Lawyers Council of Thailand under Royal Patronage (Lawyer’s Licence No. 1678/2562).

His work covers advising clients, examining facts and points of law, drafting legal documents, and planning and conducting legal proceedings. He makes a point of understanding each client’s problem in full before setting a course of action that fits both the law and the facts of the case.

During his career he served as a volunteer lawyer at the Taling Chan Criminal Court, gaining direct experience of the criminal justice process, advising members of the public on their legal rights and duties, and working within court proceedings.

He has also been trained as, and served as, a Legal Advisor to the Juvenile and Family Court, providing legal help to children, young people, parents and families, advising the parties on their rights and duties, and supporting proceedings in line with the court’s guidelines and rules.

He is currently a registered Legal Advisor (Registration No. 632001014). He advises clients, analyses legal issues, and weighs the available legal options, paying close attention to risks and possible consequences so that clients can make informed decisions suited to their situation.

Drawing on experience in both advisory work and court proceedings, he works in a systematic and careful way, focused on protecting his clients’ rights and interests while choosing legal approaches that work in practice.

Pathomphong Aphichai

Senior Attorney | Siam Center Law Group

Pathomphong Aphichai holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Phayao and is licensed to practise law by the Lawyers Council of Thailand under Royal Patronage (Lawyer’s Licence No. 2464/2565).

His practice focuses on criminal law, the use of forensic science in criminal cases, and drug cases, particularly criminal matters that require in-depth inquiry and investigation. He goes into the field to gather facts and seek out evidence, and he works with the officers and government agencies involved so that the material can be analysed and a case strategy built systematically.

Alongside his criminal work, he handles civil litigation, in particular hire-purchase cases, enforcement of judgments, and petitions for the appointment of estate administrators.

He works quickly and flexibly, dealing with urgent problems as they arise while keeping the whole picture in view, taking a holistic approach to analysing and resolving each matter in order to protect his clients’ rights and interests.
